Payment & Cancellation Policies
Flexible rate
- A deposit equal to 30% of the total amount of the reservation, is required in order to confirm it.
- A full payment is required upon arrival, except if otherwise agreed in written with the Reservations Department.
- Free cancellation up to 21 days prior to arrival.
- 50% of the total cost will be charged for cancellations 20 days or less prior to arrival.
- In case of No-Show or Earlier Departure, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
Non-refundable rate
- Full prepayment is required at the time of booking.
- No free cancellation is allowed for this rate, special conditions apply.
- Please note, if cancelled, modified or in case of no-show, the prepayment in non-refundable.
Taxes and service charges
13.00 % VAT is included. 0.50 % city tax is included.
Excluded charges: Environmental Fee: 2.00 € per night.
